We are excited to announce that on September 13, 2024, the highly anticipated IT Wave conference will take place in Odesa. For the past three years, IT Wave has been gathering industry leaders in Odesa, driving the growth of the IT sector.

Together, we’ve overcome the COVID-19 pandemic and the early years of the full-scale invasion. This year, IT Wave will once again demonstrate that nothing is impossible for our tech industry. Expect engaging topics, sharp discussions, and productive networking!

The event will be held in a hybrid format: offline in Odesa and online participation is available. Has 8 years of experience in communications and 12 years in journalism. He has prepared articles for most of the country’s top publications, led an editorial team for 7 years, and taught journalism at Odesa National Academy of Law, which gives him a deep understanding of the PR materials that appeal to journalists. Oleh has diverse experience in communications, including working with manufacturing enterprises, construction businesses, retail, political PR, and, of course, IT companies. His portfolio includes creating a professional holiday for freelancers, organizing Ukrainian records, publishing books, crisis PR, personal branding, and coordinating a presidential visit. Currently, he manages communications across multiple regions for EPAM, the largest player in the IT market, handling media relations, CSR projects, government relations, influencers, and more.

Has over 10 years of experience in communications and marketing in the financial sector, FMCG, and IT. For the past 5 years, she has led communications at Capgemini Engineering.
Anna Melnychuk
Founder of Public Speaking with Sense
Has experience in over 400 public speeches, author, and host of 20 marketing training sessions and 2 public speaking programs. Over 10,000 students have completed her courses. She has studied public speaking with TEDx speakers in Europe, as well as experts from the US and Australia. Anna is passionate about public speaking, vibrant metaphors, and subtle sarcasm. She helps clients create structured and vivid speeches delivered on the stage of their dreams

She has expertise in strategic marketing communications for B2B and B2C, crisis management, personal branding, and corporate social responsibility. Oksana will talk about how information attacks occur, the mechanics of information attacks with real-life examples, and the action plan during a reputation crisis.

She is also a humanitarian activist and a speaker at the Diia.Business Support Center in Odesa, specializing in marketing topics.
Oksana Kononova
co-founder and head of LOOQME
In the industry since 2006, she has experience working with business, public, and government sectors. In 2022, LOOQME, a media and social media monitoring and analytics service, became part of Newton Group, a European media intelligence company, and is now actively expanding its global monitoring capabilities. Oksana conducts lectures and workshops on communication effectiveness assessment and media research approaches. She loves dogs and has a small pet project focused on natural pet food.
