As Managing Director of Capgemini Engineering Eastern Europe GEC, Vlad leads a team of over 2,000 highly qualified professionals in Ukraine, Romania, and Poland. Since its establishment in 2022, Capgemini Engineering Eastern Europe GEC has successfully collaborated with over 100 clients in software product engineering, embedded automotive systems, semiconductors, and industrial operations. Under Vlad's leadership, Capgemini Engineering Ukraine, as part of Eastern Europe GEC, has been ranked among the top 20 largest IT companies in Ukraine and is listed among the top 10 largest taxpayers in the IT sector.

With over 20 years of experience in IT, Maksym has expertise in building teams ranging from 3 to 100 members and has participated in managing teams of over 1,000 employees. He has experience working in both service and product companies.

In this position, his goal is to transform Ukraine into a powerful European IT hub. Among the projects he oversees at the Ministry of Digital Transformation are the unique legal and tax framework for IT businesses, Diia.City; the e-residency program, uResidency; the Brave1 defense technology cluster; the Ukrainian Startup Fund; the tech bridge between Ukraine and the United Kingdom, UK-Ukraine TechBridge; as well as areas such as virtual assets and artificial intelligence development. With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, Oleksandr has progressed from a system administrator to the owner of his own IT company, gaining comprehensive insights into the inner workings of the sector. He holds an MBA (University of New Brunswick), an MPA (Columbia University), and has more than 10 years of experience in IT management. Oleksandr has founded and led several successful companies and startup incubators, including the U.S.-based video monetization platform Adtelligent and the outsourcing company Intersog, which ranked among the TOP-5 App Developers in Chicago according to Clutch

Dmytro has more than 15 years of experience in legal support in the field of real estate in relation to legal support of investors, construction companies and development projects. Specialist in national and international tax planning and tax optimization.

With more than 10 years of managerial experience. She has been in the IT business since 2018, co-founding the IT community in Odesa. As the founder of the IT Wave project, she organizes conferences, workshops, and events to support the IT business in the region.

With over 20 years of experience in IT, Serhiy has worked across various fields, leading projects in the development of financial services in Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. He has managed teams of up to 1,000 specialists. Among other responsibilities, he oversees client acquisition and communication with defense sector agencies.

Has 15 years of experience in management, of which more than 10 years has been engaged in the development of educational direction in IT and digital sector. He specializes in the implementation of modern methods and technologies of education, which help not only students, but also businesses and educational organizations to keep up with the times.

Diana leads the direction of attracting investments into IT within the team of the Diia.City Project Office. She works on the development of the Ukrainian startup ecosystem, as well as on the establishment of hardware laboratories in Ukraine. Under Diana's management, the UK-Ukraine Tech Bridge was launched this year. The project aims to open access for Ukrainian and British tech businesses to the markets of both countries. It provides opportunities for attracting investments, exchanging experiences, and sharing resources. She also coordinates the organization of Ukrainian delegations to participate in international conferences. This enables the presentation of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem to the world, attracting investments for startups, and establishing new partnerships.

Natalia is responsible for the development and state support of the tech sector, the implementation of educational projects in IT, the creation of a venture ecosystem, and attracting investments, as well as the global promotion of Ukraine as a country with strong technological potential. Natalia is the head of the Diia.City Project Office. It is a unique legal and tax space for IT businesses, providing favorable tax conditions for tech companies, the opportunity to build a transparent corporate structure, and easier access to investments.

Oleksii was at the origins of the creation of Diia.City. He is one of the authors of the foundational legislation for Diia.City. Currently, he is responsible for all legal matters related to IT at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
