The concept of the project, you guessed it, is “infinite space”.<\/p>\n
The creators of the project focus on the IT direction (IT Galaxy), but do not plan to dwell on this direction.<\/p>\n
Actually, there are planets in the IT galaxy, each of which is responsible for a certain direction.<\/p>\n
At the moment, 4 directions have been created – Planet of HR \/ Recruiting, Planet of PM, Planet of Design, Planet of QA.<\/p>\n
Now the project team is focused on the formation of “continents” on each of the planets. This is necessary for every \u201cinhabitant of the planet\u201d to feel comfortable – Juni and switches (those who have just come to the IT sphere) get their content, and the average and pensioner get theirs.<\/p>\n
And, of course, the connection between the planets develops through joint educational and recreational activities.<\/p>\n
The founder of the project is Sergey Tymchuk, who is familiar to the Odessa IT get-together from such projects as IQSpace, IAMPM and Silicon DrinkAbout, in the development of which he took an active part.<\/p>\n
One of the key principles of the project is fulfilling the audience’s requests.<\/p>\n
The organizers collect feedback after each event and between events about what the community members want, and a network of events is built around this.<\/p>\n
An additional feature of this principle is the ability to propose an idea and become a co-organizer of a new format. Thus, the project is developing the direction of board games, cycling, etc.<\/p>\n
