At the first panel discussion of IT Wave 2025, we talked about what does not fit into templates and job descriptions.<\/p>\n
Because managing a team in the era of artificial intelligence, turbulence, and generations Z and Alpha is no longer about control. It’s about responsiveness, adaptability, and meaning.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udccc What did you hear?<\/p>\n
– Teams are made up of different generations – X, Y, Z, Alpha – and that’s okay. Everyone has their own strengths, and the leader’s task is to unite them without trying to “average” them.<\/p>\n
– Younger generations want not just a job, but to see their value in the company. And they leave not because the generation is “jumping,” but because they don’t feel the point.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd01 A lot has changed after the full-scale invasion:<\/p>\n
– Planning has become flexible: we no longer say “once and for all”, but keep the course, but change the route.<\/p>\n
– The leader is no longer an authoritarian figure. He\/she is a person who hears, sees, and backs up.<\/p>\n
– The balance between empathy and results is not a fashion trend, but a condition for the team’s survival.<\/p>\n
\ud83e\udd16 What about artificial intelligence?<\/p>\n
– Yes, it’s already here.<\/p>\n
– Yes, it will help in operational tasks.<\/p>\n
– But AI will not replace a leader – someone who feels, who can be supported, who is worth waiting for, and who makes decisions without ready-made instructions every time.<\/p>\n
