It&#8217;s about responsiveness, adaptability, and meaning.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc What did you hear?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Teams are made up of different generations &#8211; X, Y, Z, Alpha &#8211; and that&#8217;s okay. Everyone has their own strengths, and the leader&#8217;s task is to unite them without trying to &#8220;average&#8221; them.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Younger generations want not just a job, but to see their value in the company. And they leave not because the generation is &#8220;jumping,&#8221; but because they don&#8217;t feel the point.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd01 A lot has changed after the full-scale invasion:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Planning has become flexible: we no longer say &#8220;once and for all&#8221;, but keep the course, but change the route.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The leader is no longer an authoritarian figure.
