As part of the IT Bridge project, our CEO Kateryna Solovei, together with colleagues from Kharkiv IT Cluster and IT Dnipro Community, visited the Oracle Barcelona office \u2014 a company that sets the pace in the world of cloud technologies.<\/p>\n
Their office is located in the legendary Torre Agbar and occupies four floors of this 34-story building \u2014 one of the symbols of Barcelona\u2019s tech district. It is home to the European Oracle Health Support Center, where specialists work on AI-driven solutions to modernize healthcare systems.<\/p>\n
The space combines innovative design with areas for collaboration and focus \u2014 a true hub of future technologies.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udca1 Oracle is among the global market leaders, and its clients include even major competitors like X, Amazon, Meta, and others.<\/p>\n
During a meeting with Joan Planella, Director of the Barcelona office, and his team, we witnessed what the new era of healthcare looks like:
\nthe doctor communicates with the patient, prescribes treatment, and everything is automatically recorded in the system.<\/p>\n
\ud83e\udde0 AI agents generate diagnoses, prescriptions, referrals, and reminders for patients \u2014 and if the doctor makes an error, the system analyzes and corrects it.<\/p>\n
This is not the future \u2014 this is reality that\u2019s already changing lives.
\nAnd that\u2019s why it\u2019s crucial for the Ukrainian IT ecosystem to be alongside global players.<\/p>\n
Despite the war, Oracle remains in Ukraine \u2014 including in Odesa, where the company has an office.
\nIt\u2019s worth noting that one of its representatives, Ihor Bushniak, was among the participants of the very first meeting that initiated the creation of Odesa IT Family.<\/p>\n
The Barcelona office, by the way, is a member of the Catalonia Technology Cluster, and its director serves as Vice President of the cluster.<\/p>\n
\ud83e\udd1d We invite the Ukrainian Oracle office to join our community so that the support of the region and the country becomes even more tangible \u2014 and so that the company\u2019s innovative products become available to Ukrainian hospitals and patients.<\/p>\n
