Most Ukrainian tech companies entering the EU market focus first on sales and customers \u2014 but scaling in Europe also means building the right local team.<\/p>\n

Hiring in the EU comes with different employment models, labour regulations, tax requirements, recruitment practices, and opportunities to work with universities.<\/p>\n

The 6th ITBridge BizDev workshop session will focus on the practical side of building and managing talent strategies in European markets \u2014 with a particular focus on Romania and Spain.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc64 Darius Pop\u00eer\u021bac<\/strong>, founder of GetFrankly, an Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm based in Cluj-Napoca. An organizational psychologist, he works with founders on leadership and recruitment for organizational growth.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc64 Dan Suciu<\/strong>, speaker, trainer and coach in Agile and project management, and Associate Professor at Babe\u0219-Bolyai University. He has 20+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc64 Ernest Teniente<\/strong>, Full Professor at Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya (UPC), Director of inLab FIB and co-founder & CEO of Algorae. He focuses on connecting university research, talent development and industry through collaborative R&D projects.<\/p>\n
