Intellias presented the 2021 Sustainability Report

In particular, in 2021 Intellias was certified and evaluated on a high-security level (AL 2) by the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX). For the third time, the company was ranked as the best IT service provider and included on the IAOP 2021 Global Outsourcing 100 list. A research firm, Everest Group, recognized Intellias as a trusted strategic software development partner in the Engineering Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021.

In September 2021, the company joined the UN Global Compact to enhance efforts and align its projects with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2021, we focused on “Sustainable Development Goal #5: Gender Equality” and “Goal #11: Sustainable Development of Cities and Communities”.

Last year, the company has doubled in size, now having more than 2,500 specialists on board. This is a record growth for the entire history of the company. For example, in 2020, the company employed 1,570 people, 25% of them were women. In 2021, this number grew to 27.7%. More than 60% of specialists working in the company have a Senior or higher level of competence.

Last year, Intellias was named the best IT employer multiple times by different media and organizations, including Forbes, EY Ukraine, DOU and others. Also, in 2022, Intellias was recognized as one of 25 youth-friendly employers in Ukraine. Intellias took fifth place and received a special award for supporting responsible parenthood in the national ranking of “Family-friendly companies” organized by the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine and the “Development of Corporate Social Responsibility” Center.

“We are happy to share the results of our company’s social impact for the previous year. We implemented important projects to improve the well-being of our colleagues and also joined initiatives that keep bringing results to this day. The war radically changed our focus in the field of social responsibility; today we are rethinking some projects and launching completely new ones, but we are always guided by human-to-human culture and a focus on the value that we can bring to society,” comments Vitaly Sedler, CEO and co-founder Intellias.

The report on sustainable development is prepared in accordance with the leading international reporting standards: Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and, for the first time, in accordance with the standards of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). These standards help businesses highlight the multifaceted aspects of operations that affect sustainability in working with people, customers, and other stakeholders, as well as disclose information about community support and the implementation of socially important initiatives.
