You have the right to return the money for the event that was paid for by you and was not carried out by the “AITY FAMILY OF ODESA” (hereinafter the Performer).
The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made – by bank transfer to the details specified by the buyer in the application. To do this, you must submit a refund request. In the case of a non-cash (online payment) service, funds must return to the bank card within 7 (seven) days from the day the Contractor receives your request and you receive a response about the processing of the request, however, this period may be extended due to delays that do not related to the Contractor (for example, related to transaction processing).
