The 6th ITBridge BizDev workshop session will focus on the practical side of building and managing talent strategies in European markets — with a particular focus on Romania and Spain.

👤 Darius Popîrțac, founder of GetFrankly, an Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm based in Cluj-Napoca. An organizational psychologist, he works with founders on leadership and recruitment for organizational growth.
👤 Dan Suciu, speaker, trainer and coach in Agile and project management, and Associate Professor at Babeș-Bolyai University. He has 20+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.
👤 Ernest Teniente, Full Professor at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Director of inLab FIB and co-founder & CEO of Algorae. He focuses on connecting university research, talent development and industry through collaborative R&D projects.
