A workshop series for designers has been launched

🔥 How to become a successful designer? Secrets from Olga Tushych!

Last month, we at Odesa IT Family launched a new project for designers. This is a series of workshops and meetings aimed at helping professionals create better products through synergy between technical and creative approaches.

The speaker of the first workshop, Olga Tushych, a talented Brand Designer at Akkerman, shared unique techniques and life hacks that will help you become a true professional in the design world.

✨ What was discussed:
✔️ How to use UX techniques to plan your career and avoid chaos in development.
✔️ What traits and skills make a designer successful and how to develop them.
✔️ “5 Why’s” – a technique that allows you to break down barriers and find deep motivation.
✔️ How to choose development directions using the Impact-Effort matrix.
✔️ Steps to creating an individual development plan that works.

💡 Practice is above all!
There was no dry theory at the workshop – most of the time, participants performed practical tasks that helped them understand their strengths, identify weaknesses, and find new vectors of development.

🖌 Who was it for?
For everyone who wants to succeed: from beginners who are looking for their way in design to experienced professionals who want to reach a new level.
