Today, an event took place in Odesa that once again reminded us: the future is being shaped here and now — through conversations with young people, honest answers, and real-life experience without embellishment.

At the National University “Odesa Law Academy” , an interactive panel discussion was held:
“IT Gives More: Career, Your Own Project, or Both?”

And it was much more than just 90 minutes of conversation — it was a genuine dialogue where young people received answers to the questions that truly matter to them.

Together with the speakers — Kateryna Solovei , Yan Shapiro, and Oleh Dykyi — participants explored real-life scenarios:
Do you need to choose between a career and your own project? When is the right time to start? How do you overcome fear? And how can you combine both paths without unnecessary risks?

Moderated by Dmytro Yevimchuk, the discussion had structure, but most importantly — it felt alive.
Because it was not a lecture, but a real exchange of thoughts and experiences.

And these are exactly the kinds of events that matter most.
Because working with young people is not an “option” — it is a necessity.
This is where a new generation of creators, founders, and changemakers is being formed.

The event took place within the initiatives of Red Bull Basement and the Student Startup Fund, organized by Red Bull, UNIT.City, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Startup Fund.

Because investing in young people is not about tomorrow.

It is already happening today.
