The Ukrainian version of the PMBOK Guide is now available for free

PMBoK is the desktop book for project managers around the world. It was used as a basis for the development of the international standard ISO 21500 and the American national standard ANSI/PMI 99-001-2008. Published in 200 countries, the book is the most popular and widely distributed body of knowledge on project management. Besides, the most common certification for Project Management Professionals is also based on the book.

More than 100 experts around the world voluntarily took part in writing the PMBOK 7 standard. Among them was Roman Reznikov, VP Delivery at Intellias and the president of the Project Management Institute in Ukraine (PMI Ukraine Chapter). Anatoly Savin and Timur Tsaturov paid the royalties for the right to translate PMBOK 7 into Ukrainian. The translation itself was spnsored by Intellias. The work began in 2021, involving volunteers and experts from the public PMI Ukraine Chapter and the International Translation Service “Filin”.

Ukrainian translation paves the way for Ukrainian project managers, students and beginners to get hold of the best global knowledge and practices of project management.

This version of the book differs from the previous ones in that it is not based on processes, but on the principles of project management. It has drastically changed the structure of the book and the approach to project management in general. The book is available in English, Arabic, French, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, and now Ukrainian.
