Last week, we held our landmark event — the IT Wave One-Day Business Conference, which gathered over 80 participants and numerous online listeners from all corners of Ukraine and beyond, thanks to our live stream! This conference became a true wave of innovation, knowledge, and inspiration for HR professionals and recruiters.

It served not only as a platform for sharing knowledge and experience but also as a place where new ideas and solutions for the challenges we face today are born. We sincerely thank all the speakers and participants for their contributions!

📍Our main outcome — donations, which we will direct towards purchasing a thermal imager for the Southern Air Defense. The agenda covered important and relevant topics for modern business and society.

We paid special attention to discussing the veteran’s journey within the company and the unique adaptation needs of veterans seeking to find themselves in the IT sector or return to their teams.

We also talked about:
🔹 Effective treatment of critical illnesses during wartime. Why is the situation with cancer so critical in Ukraine, and how can insurance help in a tough situation?
🔹 Prevention of critical illnesses. Why is health not just about the absence of diseases?
🔹 Employee booking. How to acquire the status of a “critical” enterprise?

We did not overlook the use of AI — specifically, how it can be beneficial in HR and recruitment.

We also presented the results of the Odesa IT Family Research 2.0 and had an important networking session with Unied, the insights of which we will share soon!
