Odesa Cloud Native #33: Grafana stack
Odesa Cloud Native #33: Grafana stack took place, Odesa IT Family joined the event. This was only the first meeting, we will meet at the next one in September, so we advise you to follow the news. The announcement is coming soon.

Yehor Lopatin, Lead SRE at LSP (Language Service Provider) at Languagewire, shared his experience with the Grafana stack and reviewed the most popular use cases for cloud infrastructure monitoring.

A couple of interesting theses from the speaker:
Observability culture requires engineers to work with a very broad set of platforms and applications, which can be a very tedious and expensive part of SRE.
Monitoring as part of observability culture remains a critical part of SRE work, but not the only one. Engineers should take care of Observability sections such as assertion testing, user-facing business logic, application security, etc.
Grafana cloud is a vivid example of a high-quality “Swiss army knife” for solving almost all observability problems.

We thank the Cloud Native Computing Foundation for a useful event, Yehor for the interesting information, and our participating company Provectus for the gift!
