On Monday, Mechnikov University hosted the defense of bachelor’s theses of students of the Computer Science study program. 17 graduates presented their research, and it was truly worthy of applause.

At the first panel discussion of IT Wave 2025, we talked about what does not fit into templates and job descriptions. Because managing a team in the era of artificial intelligence, turbulence, and generations Z and Alpha is no longer about control. It’s about responsiveness, adaptability, and meaning.
