This time, we will focus on what truly matters for business: technology, AI, leadership, talent, design, and expansion into new markets.

IT Wave is not about discussing technology for technology’s sake. It is about practical solutions and real-world cases with measurable results: how AI and digital tools can help businesses grow, optimize resources, work faster, and unlock new opportunities.

The program includes:

— Industry Meets AI — practical cases of AI implementation and business digitalization;

— Leadership Under Pressure — decision-making, responsibility, team resilience, and talent in the AI era;

— Digital Export & EU Market Readiness — sales, partnerships, and expansion into the European market;

— What Do We Build Next? — a dialogue between business, the tech sector, and government on what needs to be built next;

— a dedicated Design Track featuring practical topics for designers;

— Innovation Marketplace, networking, and new B2B connections.

The event is co-financed with the support of the international cooperation programme STEP IN 2 EU, co-financed by the Governments of Germany and Norway, the European Union under the EU4Business initiative, as well as the Governments of Lithuania and Estonia. The programme is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

The programme aims to support Ukrainian public institutions in advancing the EU accession process in economic chapters, while also creating better economic conditions and access to finance for Ukrainian companies, enabling them to benefit from additional opportunities arising from integration into the EU Single Market.
