Potential scenarios for the development of the IT

“The state now has all the necessary prerequisites to implement a positive scenario,” said Vlad Shimov, Board member Odesa IT Family and Managing Director of Eastern Europe Global Engineering Center at Capgemini Engineering.

Vlad and the heads of other IT companies operating in Ukraine spoke about their thoughts on potential scenarios for the development of the IT sphere in the material of dev.ua.

“Let’s start with the positive — the state recognizes that export earnings are important for the long-term support of the stability of our economy, will give us the opportunity to reserve workers and companies will all rally to increase exports and increase tax payments to the budget. Including thanks to the return to the country of specialists from border. This is one of the possible scenarios, and the state now has all the necessary prerequisites to implement it,” Vlad Shimov shares.
