Career orientation lectures for students and high school students are back
Career orientation lectures for students and high school students are back!

At the first meeting, we discussed with Maria Subach, People Business Partner at Provectus, what professions exist in IT, apart from programmers, analyzed the stages of product development and got acquainted with technical and non-technical professions.

More than 50 students attended the “Professions in IT companies” lecture, actively asked questions, and the two most active students received caps from the Odesa IT Family.

Some points from the lecture:

Stages of product development
● planning — what do we want to do?
● technical and economic analysis — what problems need solutions?
● design — how will we achieve our goals?
● development — the process of creating a product
● implementation
● testing — quality assurance
● support — using the final product, receiving feedback, repairing if something breaks.

Something useful to read and learn more:

https://lnkd.in/eJxszdbA — a description of the main directions and specialties in IT

Thanks to Maria and everyone present! We look forward to the next meetings!
