Stressful state and uncontrolled emotions, lack of focus and concentration, inappropriate body language, negative behavior—these are just a few reasons that hinder effective communication.

Effective communication is an exchange of information during which interlocutors demonstrate mutual respect and genuinely perceive each other’s messages. This was discussed at the “Communication” training by Katerina Latner, a speaker with 15 years of experience in HR, including 12 years in IT. For 9 years, she has been an HR BP at Luxoft in Ukraine. She also has 5 years of corporate training experience. A student of the II level of Gestalt therapy and an activist in the field of CSR.
