The “Communication” training

Stressful state and uncontrolled emotions, lack of focus and concentration, inappropriate body language, negative behavior—these are just a few reasons that hinder effective communication.

Effective communication is an exchange of information during which interlocutors demonstrate mutual respect and genuinely perceive each other’s messages. This was discussed at the “Communication” training by Katerina Latner, a speaker with 15 years of experience in HR, including 12 years in IT. For 9 years, she has been an HR BP at Luxoft in Ukraine. She also has 5 years of corporate training experience. A student of the II level of Gestalt therapy and an activist in the field of CSR.

The first impression — literally counts in seconds.
The first impression is formed in 3-5 seconds, and it is solidified in 20-40 seconds.

Components:
7% Sense of words.
38% Voice intonation.
55% Visual perception: appearance, gestures, and posture.

Your thoughts should be concise, clear, expressed in understandable language, and reveal the content sequentially. And then you will be able to achieve goals through effective communication!

Active participants received gifts from Luxoft, and each received a cool electronic certificate upon completion.

Thanks to Katerina and Luxoft for supporting the event!
