Electronic reservations, the development of Diia.City, and technological education were the main topics discussed at the quarterly meeting with IT clusters and Mykhailo Fedorov, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation.
The meeting was attended by Kateryna Solovei, CEO of Odesa IT Family.
One of the main requests from businesses was the digitization of the reservation process. This service has been operating on the Diia portal for almost a week, and during this time, managers have reserved over 34,000 employees. The service operates quickly, conveniently, and transparently, with decisions taking about an hour. Companies submit applications for employee reservations and receive individual responses for each, eliminating paperwork and unnecessary bureaucracy.
Additionally, the transformation of education was discussed. This fall, the launch of the Mriya project, the creation of supervisory boards in universities, a new state grant system, and the development of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) are planned. Businesses are ready to actively participate in transforming this sector, as developing human capital is crucial for their scaling and growth.
We are grateful to Mykhailo and the representatives of the Ministry of Transformation for understanding the importance of continuous dialogue with the IT community. We always participate, provide information about our region, share experiences with colleagues, and gain new insights!
Thank you, IT Ukraine, for organizing this crucial meeting!
