Odesa IT Family (est. 2020) is a brand new non-profit organization. Its activities are focused on developing the IT-industry of the Odesa region and augmenting its strong and positive image.
Odesa IT Family has created a unified platform where all participants have equal rights to stay in comfortable and mutually beneficial conditions, conducive to the development of IT businesses and the industry as a whole.
Currently, four Odessa IT companies have joined Odesa IT Family: Capgemini Engineering, Luxoft, DataArt, AB Soft, DIGIS, Intellias, AUTODOC, Akkerman, Provectus. The first community partner is UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.
Odesa IT Family activities have set their sights on uniting the local IT-community. Thus, in the future it can have an impact on the creation of new IT-business opportunities in the region and implement the cutting-edge technologies in the region.
We want to see Odesa as the number 1 technological hub of Ukraine — a comfortable city for living, providing high quality, technical education, working and developing your IT-business or startup.
Becoming a member of Odesa IT Family means joining the largest IT platform in the South of Ukraine. Here, in our team with like-minded people, you will help in building a strong IT community, developing joint IT-projects, supporting technical education in the region and beyond.
Together with other strong companies in Odesa, we can be more than the sum of our parts.

Speaking Club for students is back!
We’re launching free English speaking classes for students.
EPAM, the largest IT company in Ukraine, regularly helps Ukrainian defenders and medics at the frontline. In September, the company allocated UAH 615 thousand to the Odesa-based charity foundation Monster Corporation to purchase medical equipment.
On the third day, during the large-scale IT Arena conference, many meetups were organized, where participants had the opportunity to join in on what they were interested in and concerned about the most.
On the 26th of September, the Institute of Computer Systems of Odesa Polytechnic hosted the X International Scientific and Practical Conference “Informatics. Culture. Technique” dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the institute. The event was organized with the support of Odesa IT Family and became a real celebration of science and technology.
